About Sofitel London St. James Hotel
This grade II listed building strikes a fascinating balance between old world elegance and modern design. Originally developed in 1660s as a residential area for the aristocracy. It was formerly the banking hall of Cox’s and King’s. Sofitel has taken great care to create a unique 5-star hotel that lives up to its exceptional location.
Anissa Kharbachi, the Business Development Executive for Events at the Sofitel London St. James, reached out to us to help cover their wedding open house day on February 5th 2017. They wanted us to capture images particularly of the ceremony hall, reception room and honeymoon suite. It was also a great opportunity to collaborate and network with the potential couples.
WHAT WE DID
On the morning of the 5th February we arrived and captured a short film of the surrounding area. Throughout the duration of the day we captured all the small details from the floral arrangements in the ceremony room to the lighting of the candles in the reception hall. We also captured images of the brilliantly designed cake from Vanilla Orchid Bakery. Later that afternoon we captured some images of the honeymoon suite.
